Hi, I’m Sheridan

Nice to * virtually * meet you!

I’ve spent over 30 years in corporate America managing teams in software development, business process improvement, franchise development, corporate sales, non-profit fundraising strategies, and more. The common denominator in it all? People. And that’s what I care about the most. I pivoted to coaching and consulting to take all the years of individual, team, and project management into a role that helps people find their stride and achieve their work and life goals.  Allow me to help you with your challenges by sharing the wealth of knowledge and lessons cultivated from my journey with the organizations below…

Here’s a little about me

  • I constantly have my nose in a book reading – any genre, any topic but I especially love historical fiction

  • I have two amazing kids in college and have a love/hate relationship with being an empty-nester

  • I love traveling. My favorite spot?  Florence, Italy (no question)

  • My guilty-pleasure snack is Cheetos

  • My favorite part about being a leader … you guessed it … coaching!

And here’s a lot more about me
