Team Coaching

What can team coaching accomplish?

Team coaching can take a group from people who happen to work in the same department to teammates who respect each other, communicate well, and meet (nay, exceed!) their goals. We’ve probably all worked on both ends of that spectrum and know just how much better working can be when you feel your team are all pointed towards the same goal and ultimately trust each other to achieve it.

Step 1: Inquiry Call with the Team Lead

Sheridan will delve into understanding the present state, team dynamics, and prevailing challenges. She'll assist the Team Lead in selecting the most suitable approach: coaching or consulting. Should coaching emerge as the preferred direction, Sheridan will propose a tailored coaching framework for each team member, with the overarching aim of enhancing the team's performance through individual growth.

Step 2: Meet With Team Members

We'll organize a short introductory session for the team to outline the coaching process and expected results. Following this, Sheridan will commence individual coaching sessions with each team member.  She'll also furnish accountability reports periodically to the Team Lead, maintaining confidentiality guidelines.

Step 3: Progress Evaluation

Collaborating closely with the Team Lead, Sheridan will consistently assess the team's advancement and evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching initiative. She will prioritize the engagement's objectives to surpass anticipated returns on investment, ensuring that the overarching goal remains paramount throughout the process.

“There’s a new energy in our team. Now that we have structure to rely on, we’re actually building community and culture between our teammates.”

— Alex J.
