Step 1: Self-Assessment and Exploration

We’ll meet to have a casual conversation about you, what you want to change, and what success can look like for you.  We will go over your hopes and dreams, your opportunities and what you would love to do if there were no limits!

Step 2: Goal Setting

Based on the self-assessment and exploration, we will set clear and achievable career transition goals that align with your values, interests and aspirations.  We will define both short-term and long-term objectives that will guide your journey. 

Step 3: Building a Realistic Plan

Time to get started, develop action steps and timelines as well as engage with a partner to help hold you accountable.  At the right pace and on the right path, you will eventually find fulfillment and joy no matter which direction you choose.
