Leadership Coaching
“I can’t seem to ever get caught up enough to create or plan … I’m simply reacting all day.”
Does this sound familiar?
“I am really good at what I do but I’m struggling to lead a cohesive team.”
“I have big dreams, but I can’t figure out how to grab them when I’m so burnt out.”
If you’ve ever felt this way, I can help!
“Nothing I do ever seems to be enough, I’m exhausted and my personal life has gone out the window.”
“How can I demonstrate that I’m ready for the next level at work?”
What is leadership coaching about?
To lead well, you need a strong core of time management, problem-solving, and personal reflection. And this is what leadership coaching can cultivate. Show up at 100% for your team when you work to optimize your approach to leading. Here are some benefits just to name a few:
Increased performance
Improved adaptability
Enhanced decision-making skills
Stronger relational connections
Achieved career goals
So how does it work?
Step 1: Discovery
We’ll meet to have a casual conversation about you, what you want to change or what obstacles you are facing, and what success can look like for you. I’ll also share more about me, because let’s be honest: this first meeting will be a two-way interview! I want you to feel comfortable with me and my approach before we move forward.
Step 2: Identifying The Desired Outcomes
As a team leader, you wear many hats. You may be a department head, product manager, quality control, coach, and cheerleader. Here’s where we will dive deeper into what you want to accomplish in those roles and what may be holding you back. You will become more aware of all that is possible!
Step 3: Let’s Do This
Once we’ve defined what your desired outcomes may be, we will partner in developing goals, action steps and forecast roadblocks that may surface. With a coach, you have the dedicated time to work proactively … becoming the leader you and your boss always knew you could be!
“Six months ago, I was drowning in my work, my team meetings, performance reviews, and deadlines. We actually have structure and can take a breath now.”
